Meet the Doctor

Dr. Diana Liu is a caring dentist, and the owner at Glimmer Dental in Millburn, where she is known for her gentle approach and dedication. Coming from a family of dentists in North Jersey, her passion for dentistry is deeply rooted and has been a big part of her life from the beginning.

Her journey in dentistry started at Rutgers University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. She didn't stop there; she went on to get her Master's in Cell and Developmental Biology, making her mark by publishing two scientific papers. Her education culminated with her earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she was recognized for her outstanding skills and completed a comprehensive residency at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Before starting Glimmer Dental, Dr. Liu shared her knowledge and experience as the youngest clinical professor at the University of California San Francisco Dental School, teaching and mentoring future dentists. She has practiced at various offices in New Jersey, including in Jersey City, Union and Hackensack. She's also a certified Invisalign and Botox provider, showing her commitment to offering top-notch aesthetic care to her patients.

Outside of work, you can find Dr. Liu spending time with her family, enjoying simple things like weekend brunch with her husband and two toddlers at the Parkwood Diner in Maplewood, LIV Breads, or Harper's Cafe in South Orange. She loves planning trips with her family and enjoys the local beaches at the Jersey shore.

Dr. Liu's is dedicated to the craft of dentistry and the care of her patients, continuous learning, and balancing a busy professional life with the joys of family. She's not just a dentist; she's a part of the community, committed to providing the best care and advice to every patient she meets.
